How it works

Whether you need to rent a trailer for private or commercial use, renting from us is easy.

1️⃣ Browse & Book Your Trailer.

Browse trailers, choose your dates, and complete checkout online. During booking, upload a valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with directions, access codes, and pickup instructions.

2️⃣ Contactless Pickup (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM).

Arrive at the location using the directions provided. Use your assigned gate code to enter and retrieve the key from the lock-box. Before leaving, take a few photos of the trailer to document its condition, then hook up and go.

3️⃣ Easy Return.

Return the trailer to the same location within your rental window. Park it in the designated spot, take photos to document condition, secure the trailer, place the key back in the lock-box, and you're all done.

FAQ

  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required. You’ll upload both during booking so everything is approved before pickup.

  • After booking, you’ll receive email instructions with directions and access details (gate code/key). Show up, hook up, and go—no in-person meeting needed.

  • Your vehicle must have the proper towing capacity, a compatible hitch, and a working 7-pin or 4-pin connector depending on the trailer. You’re responsible for ensuring your setup is safe and legal.

  • Late returns will result in additional rental charges. If you need more time, contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental if availability allows.

  • You’re responsible for any damage while the trailer is in your possession. We recommend taking photos at pickup and return. Your insurance may cover damages depending on your policy.
